Larry Shulruff
Screenwriter

Larry Shulruff is a trial attorney and screenwriter.

His scripts have been featured at the Seattle International Film Festival, the Nashville Film Festival, the Burbank Film Festival, the Jacksonville Film Festival, the Oaxaca, Mexico Film and others. He is a former newspaper reporter and his articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Chicago Sun-Times, the Huffington Post and other publications.

He’s a die-hard Springsteen fan and still has the 1975 Newsweek in one of his (several) large Springsteen keepsake boxes. (His wife thinks he only has two.) He was inspired to write MAN AT THE TOP based on his experiences with his own private Springsteen fan club, the Second City Serenade Club, a confederacy of three ne’er do well attorneys who drop everything to see their hero. Larry is ecstatic Joe Grushecky is writing music for the film and looks great in his new Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers t-shirt.

He is currently at work on a legal thriller called Quiver of Eros.
